TrustOnline is operated by Registry Trust and provides access to the official statutory Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines for England and Wales on behalf of the Ministry of Justice. Registry Trust also provides access to the Registers for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and the Republic of Ireland by agreement with the authorities in those jurisdictions.
TrustOnline is the only service which provides members of the public and businesses with immediate access to search the complete Register.
Registry Trust additionally provides an offline range of commercial activities ranging from data supply to data enhancement and analytical services.
Claimant information is only
available from the court.
TrustOnline has enabled over a hundred thousand consumers and businesses to check for debts registered through the courts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland for the last six years. They have the peace of mind that comes from knowing they have searched the official statutory Register.
You can access the same reliable data through TrustOnline. You do not need the permission of the individual or company to undertake a search of the Register, and the service does not leave a footprint of the search when it has been completed.
For customers conducting a higher number of searches, we have account facilities for added convenience. Using personalised user IDs and passwords, colleagues can share an account to make searches or access a library of previous search results. As an account customer, you can credit funds to your account from which the fees are deducted as searches are made, pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal or via Bacs.
